I am a qualified Yoga Alliance UK 200 Teacher and have been practising yoga for over 12 years - it's something I'm passionate about! I particularly enjoy watching those who are new to yoga gain from the endless benefits. You don't need to be fit or flexible to join my classes - we all start from where we are! Over time and with regular practice, you too will become strong and fit.
